2. What is Covered

During the warranty period, Wren will, at its discretion, repair or replace any furniture piece that exhibits manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This includes but is not limited to issues such as structural defects, faulty hardware, or problems with upholstery and finishing.

3. What is Not Covered

This Wren warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, direct sunlight)

  • Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided with the product

4. How to Claim Warranty Service

If you believe your product is covered by our warranty due to a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

b. Provide your proof of purchase, which includes the date and location of purchase.
